Every Custom Step & Repeats order is custom-made to your approved artwork, so production begins only after you sign off on a mockup. Fast turnaround and express shipping options are available. Production and delivery timing depend on the product, approved artwork, and destination; we confirm the estimated schedule with your quote. Custom products may take longer.

Shipping costs are quoted per order based on backdrop size, weight, and destination. Transit times vary by carrier and location and are estimates, not guarantees. Rush production and expedited shipping are available for firm event dates — ask when you request your quote. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
