Return Policy

Because every item is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The one safeguard: if an order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no charge. This is a production guarantee, not a return. The free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you sign off on the exact design, size, and colors before anything goes into production.
