Frequently asked
FAQ
Everything about ordering a custom step and repeat backdrop — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.
Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
There is no minimum — we build a single backdrop for one event as readily as a multi-event program. Volume pricing applies to multi-event and reorder programs.
Can I mix products or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine a full-width media wall with a retractable unit, or order multiple backdrops in different sizes for one event.
Can I reorder later and match my last event?
Yes. We keep your artwork, sizing, and specs on file so a reorder matches your previous backdrop exactly.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or PNG, our designers recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. Custom Pantone matching is available on fabric and vinyl, including metallic accents for champagne, gold, or blush.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
5–7 business days from approved mockup; custom-shape media walls run 7–10 business days.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a firm event date — tell us your date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request.
Pricing & Payment
How much do step and repeat banners cost?
Pricing is by quote; ranges run from about $120 for a vinyl banner up to $1,400 for a full red carpet media wall package. Each product page shows its range.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established companies, venues, and agencies.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it.
Product & Care
What’s the backdrop made of?
Wrinkle-resistant tension fabric, 13oz matte vinyl, and aluminum frame hardware, depending on the product.
Is the printing permanent?
Yes. Dye-sublimation on fabric pushes ink into the fibers so it won’t crack, peel, or fade; vinyl is UV-cured for the same durability.
Will my backdrop show glare in photos?
Tension fabric has the least glare thanks to its matte, drum-tight surface — the top choice for flash-heavy red carpet photography.
